I require full payment upfront.

The commission request should not be used for commercial purposes unless it is part of the agreement.

Working time from approval of the sketch is approximately 2-14 days depending on the amount of work in queue.

Commissions are first come first serve. If you need a commission done by a certain deadline, let me know in the commission request email.

The background price varies upon it's complexity.

I'm always sending work in progress. Sketch, line art and coloring phase.

You can ask me for updates anytime.

Please send some reference pictures of what you have in mind in the commission request mail. So as to ease the process and no misunderstandings are made.

Every commission work still belongs to me, Jiinsan. I have every obligation to post these works on social media, sell them as prints etc.

I don’t sell artworks without watermark.

Commissions not started are always available for full refunds.

Once I approve your commission request, I will send you a PayPal link to your email. I will only begin your commission after the full payment is received.

If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.

If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. I do have a rough basis for refunds:

Sketch: 80% refund.

Line: 50% refund.

no refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
